I would like a Spiral colour that is not being offered as an option on the dropdown, what can I do?

 

Drop us an email info@scotria.com and where possible, we will do our best to substitute individual spiral colours for you.


Where do you deliver to and what are your shipping costs?

 

SCOTRIA will ship your order worldwide WITH DHL EXPRESS.
Our shipping costs are as follows:

UK & Northern Ireland: Free Complimentary Shipping
European Union: £20
Rest of the world: £30


What is the final price I will pay?

 

The total price payable will be displayed in £ GBP Sterling on the order checkout page. This consists of the product cost and shipping costs (where applicable).

In addition, if you are ordering from outside the European Union, you are also soley responsible for any local taxes and customs. Please check our Terms & Conditions for further information.


Which payment methods do you accept?

 

We accept many international cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express. We also accept some alternative payment methods such as Paypal. If your preferred method of payment is not listed or unsuccessful upon attempt, please contact info@scotria.com and we will be happy to assist you further.


When will my order arrive?

 

We aim to dispatch every order within 3-4 days of receipt of payment. Usual transit times are as follows:
UK & Northern Ireland: 1-2 business days
European Union: 3-5 business days
Rest of the world: 5-7 business days


What packaging can I expect?

 

All SCOTRIA products come in a custom signature SCOTRIA box and protective dustbag to store your items safely.


Can I track my order?

 

Yes, upon dispatch of your items, you will be sent a DHL EXPRESS tracking number.


Can I change my mind?

 

You are entitled to inform us within 7 days of receipt of your product, if you no longer wish to keep your item(s). You can request a refund or exchange and all items are returned at the customers expense. Please see our full Terms & Conditions on Refunds.

How do I care for my product?

 

Our leather skins have been chosen specifically for your product and all have different characteristics. Over time you may see creasing or colour changes, all of which are natural features of leather. If leather is consistently exposed to harsh light, the product may experience some fading so we recommend that you store your product in its box or protective dust bag.


Can I buy additional Spirals?
